GRRC Annual Scholarship Program Requirements

• Applicants for scholarships must be high school seniors who have relocated into the Richmond area between grades 9 and 12.
• The relocation had to be more than 50 miles and required a change of schools.
• The applicant must have a current cumulative grade point average of 3.0 on a scale of 4.0 (or equivalent achievement on a different scale).
• The applicant must write an essay describing their relocation and how they handled the challenges of relocating to a new area and adjusting to a new school.
• Each applicant will be judged on their essay, their academic performance and participation in extra-curricular activities.
